Help & FAQ

How can we help?

Quick answers below. Still stuck? Ask us, a real person replies.

What does Hush actually do?+

When you let an unknown call ring out, Hush screens it, catching AI robocalls, scam, and spam so you never deal with them. The people you know ring through like always. The idea: silence the machines, never the humans.

Will my friends and family get screened?+

No. Anyone in your contacts rings straight through, untouched. Only numbers you've never talked to get checked, and real people clear that in seconds.

Do I keep my own number?+

Yes. You keep the number your friends, family, and clients already have. Hush just decides who's allowed to get through to it.

How does it know who's a real contact?+

It uses your contacts, anyone saved is automatically trusted. On top of that, Hush learns: the first time a real caller gets through, it remembers them and never screens them again.

Is there an app?+

The Hush app is in active development, it's the cleanest way to block calls without touching any carrier settings. Start a trial or drop your email and we'll tell you the moment it's ready.

Which carriers does it work with?+

The major US carriers, Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile, are all supported.

What does it cost?+

$8.99/month or $89/year, with a 14-day free trial. No contract, cancel anytime.

How do I cancel?+

Open your dashboard and tap Manage billing, you can cancel yourself in a couple of clicks, anytime, no phone call required.

Something's wrong with my calls. What do I do?+

Reach out below and we'll get on it fast. Tell us your carrier and what you're seeing, that's usually all we need to sort it out.
